will these utilise directx 11?

does anyone know if command and conquer 4 and supreme commander 2 will utilise directx 11 and what would be the best card to run them at 1680x1050?

5850 and up will do for direct x 11... but who knows how well they will do with games that push direct x 11 all the way. We might not know until the next gen of consoles come out.

does anyone know if they'll use dx11 like dirt2 and battleforge do. wasnt battleforge dx10 then patched to dx11?.
