Will they work together?

Reason I ask is that the fans are 4pin PWM but the fan controller looks to be 3pin and doesnt mention PWM anywhere on it.

PWM simply allows the mobo to control the rpm of the fan to correspond with temperatures. The fans can still work fine without that extra pin (PWM is 4 pin). Technically fans only need 2pins, the 3rd pin is for monitoring rpms. As long as you can fit the 4pin PWM fan onto the fan controller socket (which you can) then there shouldn't be a problem.

EDIT: The middle two sockets look rather close though.. so they might not fit, can't really tell by the pictures on the OCUK site, have a look on the Lian Li site.
