What res screen are you playing on?

You should be able to play with high settings without issue :)

I would rather just get a 7850, don't think that 7870 model has the Tahiti core does it? You lose a lot of overclocking potential without it.

Then again, its £2 more expensive than a 7850 :p.

The 7870 draws 40% more power as well, not saying that's bad tho.

Trust me, I used consoles from the age of 5 to the age of 13. Once you play an FPS with a mouse and keyboard, you will never want to go back!
 
Hopefully the 7870 will be good enough I had a problem of getting into bio on the old computer on my tv so gona set it all up on his the bios and drivers ect then when I get it home I shud be fine

Quick question I've got that other CPU cooler , does anyone no if it comes with the thermo paste ?
 
In BF3 you should be able to have MSAA and most settings at ultra to get 40+ fps with that, probably more.
