I am doing a new build(my current PC just died).

I'm trying to do this as cheap as possible, I bought my CPU and Case last year and now need to get the rest of the parts.

Build:
400W PSU (Will upgrade later)
ASRock H55M-le
i5 750
2 x 2GB DDR3 PC3-10600 1333Mhz (Will upgrade later) - 2 Slots 8GB Max.
250GB Hard Drive (Will upgrade later)

I should have gone with the LGA1155 socket instead of LGA1156(Expensive).

Let me know what you think.

I'd recommend a 550w at least and what is your budget?

AsRock boards are not always that great!

Using the onboard one, I have heard that the ASRock H55-le doesn't have a GPU or something..? but someone said aslong as the CPU supports something...? bla, bla then it should work. (Excuse my newbie-ness) :P

It's going to be running Linux, ubuntu since it's just a work machine, not for gaming.

Do you have a GPU?

Unless you have a mid range or above GPU the PSU should be fine

I spent 80 GBP on the CPU last year, and 30 GBP on the motherboard a couple days ago, and then 30 GBP on the case last year, RAM I hope for 10-20 GBP and hard drive 5-10 GBP.

It's a small budget as you can see. :P

You are going to need a graphics card as the i5 750 has no built in graphics. If you wanted onboard you should have got a i3 cpu.

That wattage figure the psu calculator gave you was a recommended psu wattage, not actual power draw. Ypour actual draw will be quite a bit less than that. Your psu will be ok with a low power gpu such as a ATI 7770 or less. My rig pulled 400w from the wall when i had a GTX480 installed and even then only by running Furmark and Linx both at the same time. Normal gaming use was around 320-340w depending on the game.
