I don't think so with that GfX card.
Also what size monitor etc are you using??

Yep.....at 1080p, it will play most, but by no means all PC games maxed out at a solid 60FPS....GTX 1070 would be required to safely max out all games at 1080p for the time being at least.

Solitaire at 480p - Yes
Battlefield 1 at 144Hz@2160p - Nope.
