No.
Pre the GTX 680 there are only a very few special edition Nvidia single GPU cards that can run 3 monitors at the same time.
With the card you linked to you can only use 2 of the 3 outputs at the same time.
There are plenty of AMD single GPU cards which can run 3 monitors as long as one of them is run from DisplayPort (directly or using an active adapter).
If you have integrated graphics you may be able to run a third monitor from that but obviously not for gaming.
