Yes I know you probably see a lot of these threads but here it goes anyway. I want to know if all the follwing is compatible. Plus I want to know what the overclocking will be like for the mobo fsb, CPU overclock, GPU overclock, and memory overclock:

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600
Nvidia Geforce 8800GTX
Abit Fatal1ty 650i
4g OCZ 6400 Rev2 (4X1g)
X-Fi Xtreme gamer
Thermaltake Tough power 750W (with cable management)

Edit: Also I want this system to play games mainly, I will be getting 2 hard drives one for XP and one for Vista. Would it be possible for me to play games like Supreme commander, COH and Crysis at max settings but only on either a resulotion of 1024x768 or 1280x1024 as I have a 19" monitor?

The monitor is a 19" CRT. Call me old fassion but I prefere CRT just for the quicker response and picture clarity. As for cooling I will be using a thermaltake shark case, Zalman 9700 CPU cooler, 2 NorthQ 120mm fans and thats about it...

Edit: forgot to mension, I am getting the 4G ram purly because I want it to be future proof, one for Vista and 2 I am a big fan of battlefield and I can almost gaurantee the next edition to the series will be a memory sucker as they always have been.

Hmmmmm. Not sure, Ive read so many of these post about memory, I have found that Vista is found to be a memory sucker. What makes me think I should go for 4G for is simply as I said future proof. When XP first came out it was like what... 512mb/1g for optimal now realy you need 2g for the latest games that is. What Im saying is Vista is for 1.5g optimal and with big directX 10 mabye even DX11 games coming out it probs won't be long until 4g is being used. Anyway apart from the memory does everything else check out ok? :)

Everything else is very nice.

You seem to be forgetting though that you could easily drop another 2GB kit in there later. You certainly don't need it now, and anyone who says that Vista hogs RAM simply does not know how this OS manages resources. It's a lot more efficient with memory usage and allocation than XP for a start.

Seriously: 2GB.

Yeah mabye your right I suppose I can just keep the money for the extra 2G in the bank... That way by the time I need 4g the memory should be cheaper aswell. :) Mind you im not actually getting the stuff until may'ish time so could be new stuff out by then but I am just builidng a foundation to work on. :)
