Yes itll be fine. Im running a Q6600, 4GB RAM and an 8800GTS 640mb alongside 3 hard drives adn all the voltages are bang on the rail.
 
What about the overclock? :)
I gather heat in such a small place would be the only problem here? Uses the P35 chipset after all...
 
I think heat will be an issue if you plan to overclock - and also I believe the BIOS is quite restrictive with regards to options.
