Do this rig look ok? will be used to play crysis and other high end games.

Also are all these parts that I have picked compatible with each other?

Many Thanks

Karl

Looks good, except that amd doesn't support tri channel memory so a 4gb dual channel kit works better :)

Also I'd put in extra tenner for the gigabyte GA-MA790XT-UD4P unless you need the onbard vga?

*edit* bah beaten

Lol - sorry Steve.

Also just noticed that you've included the stock XFX 4890 @ £145.99.

The slightly factory oc'd XFX 4890 XT is cheaper at £139.99 and includes a game (HAWX) and accessories (which it has been claimed the current supply of stock models do not).

For a slightly higher factory oc the Powercolour 4890 Plus is 'on offer' at £149.98 (but only has a 1 yr warranty, as opposed to XFX's 2)

looks good, I persome your not going to overclock? *no after market cooler* but its okay, AMD onces tends to be better than intel

Samsung spinpoint F1 instead of WD maybe?

You could also do with cheaper board :).

And do you really need quad? It's really not gonna be used much just yet apart from few titles and not like the current duals wont deal with it just fine for the next year or two tbh.
