Will this Fit (CPU Cooler)

Just about to pull the trigger on the CPU cooler that i want.

I have a silverstone TJ08B-E case which has a max clearance for a CPU heatsink of 165mm. I noticed this on this week only offer and thought it looked good, i prefer bigger slow moving fans or i may even run it passively!

Will it fit ok? i know it says its 162mm but that seems awfully close to the limit of 165mm! My motherboard is asus p8z77m-pro with a i5 3570k.

Thanks for the reply, the main decision was between the coolmaster 612s and that, there didnt seem to be much in it other than the 14cm fan was slightly less noisy than the 12cm coolmaster one.... I prefer that as the motherboard does not have very large heatsinks it should be fine for motherboard clearances too?

Thanks for your input, ive ordered it now! Hopefully it will all be fine when it turns up tomorrow
