i have just bought an asrock extreme 4 gen 3 motherboard and am leaning towards a thermalrite silver arrow and just want to check it will fit the board

Yep... It even fits on boards with larger heatsinks. Though you will probably need low profile ram.

I'm fairly sure it does but you'll need low profile ram or it'll intefere with the slots.

yea i have low profile ram,just another question i think the silver arrow needs 2 4 pin pmw headers does the asrock extreme 4 gen 3 have these

You can use one of theese to control up to 3 PWM fans from the cpu header.
