Will this fit?

I really want to know if the CNPS9500A-LED Aero Flower Cooler will fit on the Asrock H67m-GE with 4 sticks of RAM installed or will it cover the slot closest to the CPU??

If it does, will I have the same problem with the Asrock H67DE3??

You will be fine.

Face the fan towards the front of the case (i.e where the air will be pulled from) and the cooler will be no where near the DIMM's.

I didn't say that. That cooler should be set up:

Intel: Fan facing the front of the case

AMD: Fan facing down towards the GPU

Neither set up will get in the way of any memory DIMMS!

Generally so the air flow is front to back, so thats how most cases are set up (with any installed fans).

I'd recommend as pictured above!
