Just wondering if this:

will fit under my CPU cooler, I have the Fennir EVO, and Corsair Ram, is thi ram a lot bigger?

Depends how close the RAM slots are to the CPU.

What motherboard is it?

he's not adding it Stulid, it's being upgraded for, think he's only got 4Gb at the moment,

Well I had a Titan Fenrir with a MSI AM3 board, I used Dominator RAM with tall heatsinks.
