I'm interested in purchasing a TP-Link Wireless Network Card for my HP Slimlinem S3624UK computer, the three I looked at TL-WDN4800, TL-WN881ND and TL-WDN3800, but I was wondering will all come with a low profile bracket and be able to fit in my computer? I've measured the low profile bracket in my computer which is 8cm

It's 99.9% a standard size so I'd say yes.

Unless it specifically states that a LP bracket is included I'd assume it isn't. A majority of cards are now short enough to fit in a LP slot, but the necessary bracket is often missing.

TP-Link's own site describes the TL-WDN4800 as a '450Mbps Wireless N Dual Band PCI Express Adapter with low profile bracket', so that should definitely fit. The other two cards linked don't appear to be any taller.
You just need to confirm with your supplier that the necessary bracket is actually included.
