Not a chance unfortunately as it's a 2 slot card, the case only has 1 slot/![]()
Crap, are there any cases like that with 2 slots? The PSU is to low wattage anyway. It would be awesome haveing a case that size though.
Too low wattage?
I have a case about 2/3 that size with a 750ti powered by a 200W psu.
The http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-650/specifications says 400w min (means max I think). power. Plus, what case is that?
Vastly exaggerated in case you have a garbage psu which can't actually do half that or an aged PSU which has lost power.
The GPU has a maximum power draw on stock of 64w, add on your CPU TDP and a few dozen watts for storage and any optical drives and fans.
Mine for reference is a 60W GPU (750Ti) and a 64W CPU (i3 2130), a SSD, a 2.5" HDD, a slim optical and one CPU fan. Using programs to force everything to use maximum power might reach 150w.
Case is a Jou Jye 528i with a 220W internal psu, current versions have a 250w psu : http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showpost.php?p=17298767&postcount=442
Element Q is 9.44 litres, Jou Jye 528i is 4.89 litres in volume.
It has to be a low power use card.Mine for reference is a 60W GPU (750Ti)
You don't need anywhere near the recommended minimum spec for power.
The exaggerated minimums are to cover those dodgy £15 600w power supplies which would go into meltdown if you got anywhere near their claimed capacity.
The 200w unit in the Element q is easily good enough for a PCIe powered GPU.
Single slot, though, means you are limited to a 7750 (if you can find the single slot one). I'm anticipating there being a single slot 750Ti soon enough - apparently Evga are looking into it.
