SG05 needs an SFX PSU, CM Elite doesn't. Another option if you can find one and don't need a front optical bay is the Fractal Design Node 304.

The http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-650/specifications says 400w min (means max I think). power. Plus, what case is that?

Vastly exaggerated in case you have a garbage psu which can't actually do half that or an aged PSU which has lost power.

The GPU has a maximum power draw on stock of 64w, add on your CPU TDP and a few dozen watts for storage and any optical drives and fans.

Mine for reference is a 60W GPU (750Ti) and a 64W CPU (i3 2130), a SSD, a 2.5" HDD, a slim optical and one CPU fan. Using programs to force everything to use maximum power might reach 150w.

Case is a Jou Jye 528i with a 220W internal psu, current versions have a 250w psu : http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showpost.php?p=17298767&postcount=442

Element Q is 9.44 litres, Jou Jye 528i is 4.89 litres in volume.

So, I am not understanding the specs. of the card right? In other words the max power draw isn't 400w,. Oh, I just read http://www.geeks3d.com/20090611/tutorial-what-is-the-thermal-design-power-tdp/ & now I understand, so the Q could hande my board or Apex MI-008, that is the right one I thinkm but they are still 1 slots. :( So this is a good guid also,
So, if a card needs no PCI-E power connectors, it cannot pull more than 75W. If it needs one 6-pin PCI-E power connector, it cannot pull more than 150W. If it needs two 6-pin PCI-E power connectors, it cannot pull more than 225W. If it needs one 6-pin and and one 8-pin PCI-E power connector, it cannot pull more than 300W.

Seems I am right.

Mine for reference is a 60W GPU (750Ti)
It has to be a low power use card.

You don't need anywhere near the recommended minimum spec for power.

The exaggerated minimums are to cover those dodgy £15 600w power supplies which would go into meltdown if you got anywhere near their claimed capacity.

The 200w unit in the Element q is easily good enough for a PCIe powered GPU.

Single slot, though, means you are limited to a 7750 (if you can find the single slot one). I'm anticipating there being a single slot 750Ti soon enough - apparently Evga are looking into it.

Ok, it would be awesome to have a Element Q/Apex (that is it right? MI-008), but sadly they are 1 slot.. Well I will need the Sugo for this GPU.
