This is the graphics card I'm thinking about buying:
I know it's compatible with the motherboard, but I don't know if it will fit inside the case

The video card in question is a GTX 720. It should fit.

I wouldn't recommend it if the reason for the upgrade is gaming performance improvement.

GTX 750Ti upwards is what you want if it's for games. Below that is a waste of money really.

Im going to go out on a limb here, but, most vendors show the dimensions of the graphics card. Maybe get a ruler out and stick it inside your case? Thats what I did, and i squeezed a giant 3 fan card into a microATX box. - albeit I had to move the SSD but they are happy bolted on anywhere.
