Will this heatsink and fan combo work?

Yep, good cooler choice, the megahelims in black looks stunning. Btw, you can also fit 140mm fans on it. If the motherboard your using has only one PWM fan header, (cpu fan) id suggest one of theese as well.

This cable allows you to run the two fans on the cooler at the same speed by using the PWM control from the cpu fan header. Power is provided via molex, therefore no extra load is placed on the boards cpu fan header.
