Will this memory work with a new system?

I am just about to start building a new PC with the following basic specs:

OCZ GameXStream 600w Silent SLI Ready ATX2 Power Supply
Tuniq Tower 120 CPU Cooler
GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit (GX22GB6400UDC)
Asus P5N-E SLi nForce 650 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
Intel Core 2 DUO E6300 "LGA775 Allendale" 1.86GHz

Will the following memory work in it in the spare two slots and will it make any difference:

Module Size: 256MB
Package: 240-pin DIMM
Feature: DDR2 PC2-4200
Specs: DDR2 PC2-4200 • CL=4 • UNBUFFERED • NON-ECC • DDR2-533 • 1.8V • 32Meg x 64

It might do but will slow your Geil stuff down. For another 512Mb, i wouldnt bother
