Will this mobo work with this CPU?

I'm going to buy an AMD FX 8350 CPU and an MSI 970A G46. I just wanted to know if it's a good idea to do so. Do I maybe need to look at a different mobo?

Id suggest the 8320 for starters.

I am buying new, yes.

I don't want to buy the 8320 because I don't want to overclock at all.
