Will this netbook run Counterstrike:Source and Team Fortress 2?

Hi, i bought an Asus N10 netbook.

Seeing as i cant post a link (as OcUK dont stock *hint*) il post spec.

CPU: Intel Atom N270 / 1.6 GHz
RAM: 2gb 667 MHz
HARD DRIVE: 250gb 5400 rpm
GRAPHICS: NVIDIA GeForce 9300M GS (256mb video memory)
RESOLUTION: 1024 x 600

Seen videos of it playing Half Life 2 but this was offline - not online.

Review of a nigh-on identical card with a lot more memory.

I'd say it might get 40FPS, but Source games have always loved a beefy CPU, which the Atom 1.6ghz is not.

Counterstrike Source = Probably. Team Fortress 2 = I very much doubt it.

TF2 is quite CPU intensive, so I doubt it'll run that well. No harm in testing though I guess.

Agreed with the above. I use to be able to play the CS:S demo on my 5200 back in the day with an AMD 2600XP so it should run CS:S but TF2 i very much doubt

I run TF2 at 70fps average (45 min, 180 max) (min settings though) @1280*800 on a T9300 processor and an 8400M GS GPU.

atom cpu is very weak, so i highly doubt tf2 css on low maybe

netbook != gamming , sorry
