Will this overclock well?

Looking to buy OCZ 4GB (2x2GB) PC2-6400C5 Dual Channel Vista Gold Series DDR2 (OCZ2G8004GK).

Anyone know if this will clock well?

Doubtful. Buy CAS 4 PC2-6400 or CAS 5 PC2-8500 if you want memory to run far past 800mhz.

Seconded on CAS4 6400, I have some and it can do 950mhz no problem, I havent tried higher because I dont have any RAM cooling =D dont know if its needed just dont want to kill my only RAM
