Will this PSU be enough?

I will be upgrading my graphics card to the Asus gtx275

and i was wanting to know if this OCZ 700w sli ready psu would be able to provide the needed amp's required to run a gtx275

current system, all at stock values.
8800gtx
Q6600
4gb of crucial balistix ram 667mhz
2 500gb HDD's
130mm fan
2x 80mm fans
Fatal1ty sound card
P35-DS4 gigabyte motherboard

It says on OCZ's website that each of the 2 12v rails delivers 25amps each so it should be fine.
If your buying a new PSU though I'd suggest going with one with just one 12v rail with more amps like this.
 
Yeah, however OCZ PSU's have a bad reputation, might want to consider a Corsair 650W.
 
how would the OCZ one compare to the 650w tx corsair? which one is the better?

the OCZ gives 25 amps through 2 rails, whereas the corsair gives 52 through one, and 50 less Watts
 
i don't think the OCZ as independent 12v rails . so i would say get the corsair which as one big rail or the Tagan which gives u 6 independent 12v rails also a button to combine all Six +12 rails into one powerful rail

I wouldn't worry too much about rails, generally they come from the same primary source anyway. In this instance the total power for the 12v is 46A/552W, which is quite a lot.
isnt the watts im worried about mate, just the amperage
You should be concerned about the combined 12v wattage.
