You'd be better off to buy a quality 650w supply like a corsair or antec than an 850 watt no-name supply that no one knows much about.
Headline wattage is not a good indicator of a PSU's strength or abilty to cope with high end graphics cards.
Also, if you are buying it all new now then why x-fire 4890 ? They're good cards and it's a fast setup but unless you already have 1 or you are getting a 2nd hand bargain there are better setups for the money.
Dual graphics cards almost always have more bugs and issues to annoy you instead of spending your time gaming. Better to have 1 more powerful card every time.
