Will this PSU Be fine?

I currently have a non-branded PSU in my PC. I'm staging my upgrades and I recently bought a 5770 GFX Card from the MM.

Will this PSU be ok with the rest of my system?

Yeah as above it will be fine, those 5770 cards are quite low power consumption.
