will this psu be ok?

need to get myself a new psu as mine has just about given up.....

my rough spec is in my sig, however i am hoping to upgrade my gpu soon to a 8800 gtx.... will this psu do?

easily, add 2 8800GTX and a q6600 and it will be fine
