Everyone is trying to get the tech more eco friendly by reducing the 'need for power'...

That spec wasn't there just now :D

It will still be ok, but you might want to go a little higher as under full load you'll be getting close.

Say next year you want to updgrade your GPU it may mean you have to get a new PSU if the min specs for that are 650W or something or if you want to do crossfire... better to spend the extra £20 now then another £100 odd for a brand new one.
 
If your looking to add a second card later then opt for a higher wattage, but if your happy for single GPU setup then the PAU will be fine.
