will a 4.5Ghz o/c @ 1.3v be ok on the above psu:

System specs:

Intel G3258
Stoc fan
4GB DDR3
MSI H81
1 x SSD
1 x wifi usb
1 x usb dongle for wireless kb/mouse

Likely because it's not a known brand, and it's "only" 250 watt. Although you're not running a dedicated graphics card, or lot's of hardware so you're not going to need 600 watts. I always laugh when people buy 1000 watt power supplies to run a cpu, a gpu and one ssd lol

The PSU is something I wouldn't skimp on, although I have no knowledge of that particular brand, what matters most is the oem of the unit, there are only a handful of oems i.e CWT, Seasonic etc so just do a bit of research on that model.

Use a online psu calculater that will tell you what you need.

Yes it will but ok in terms of a psu calcultor but im sure you know its not the best psu.

For their price I would be worried if those Kolinks even fullfill basic electric safety requirements...

To give a guide to what will run, I ran a i5 4670k OC @4ghz all core, 16gb ddr3, 1ssd and 1 hdd. In a little old Inwin case. Never missed a beat. All this on a small form non branded no rating 160w psu !!!!
