Sorry are you saying will both of those RAM kits fit in the z68ap-d3? If so, yes you can have 4 DIMMs, so they will both fit.

Chances are 8GB is plenty, but can't hurt having more.

Thanks for the feedback. On the description it said the compatability was p67 so i just wanted to check.
