My pc is about 5 1/2 years old but still going strong. I was hoping to do a ram upgrade, speed it up a little. I found this on OcUK:

Its tri channel like my existing ram 3x2gb Corsair Xms 3 12800C9 1600mhz. Has the same timing 9-9-9-24. With this i assume i could just swap it in and run it without having to mess around? The motherboard is Gigabyte EX58-UD3R, 1st gen i7 board with tri channel memory support. Seems difficult to find any tri channel ram bigger than the 6gb i already have.
