Will this RAM work with my current PC?

Hello,
I'm thinking of upgrading my dual 512MB DDR2 RAM to 2x 1GB RAM.

My friend has told me though, that not all RAM works with certain motherboards etc which I understand to a certain extent.

My current RAM is: x2
Memory type DDR2
Module format Regular UDIMM
Manufacturer (ID) (7F7F7FA700000000)
Size 512 MBytes
Max bandwidth PC2-5300 (333 MHz)
Part number CL5-5-5DDR2-667

I'm using a 3.4GHZ P4 with a 8400GS gfx card. Now, I'm looking to buy this:

Kingston Valueram Computer Memory 1GB PC5300 DDR2 667MHz 240 Pin Dimm

Mine says, 'PC2 5300' whereas the RAM I want to buy say 'PC5 5300'. Would the Kingston RAM work if I ordered it?
