Will this Ram work with sb?

it should be fine. it says it works at 1.45V. sandybridge RAM needs to be 1.5V or less.

the OCZ platinum ram would have been better, since it needs less power, but i assume you have already ordered the special ops

i have problem running that ram in my sandybridge setup, i cannot be for sure it is the RAM, but my system sometimes fails to start and says overclocking failed, even though its at stock.

i have been told to run the ram at 1333mhz. i still get the same problem, so im guessing its a motherboard issue, which will heopfully be resolved with the b3 revision, but i think the ram may be causing it, due to it not being suitable for sandybridge.

if you look at every other ram which is low volt, it says in the description, sandybridge compatible and this ram doesnt.

im probably going to have to sell this ram and get some low power stuff in the future, but i will wait until my mobo is replaced first.
