Hi,

Will this Geil® Ultra DDR2 2.0GB PC6400 Dual Channel Kit (2 x 1GB) 800MHz (4-4-4-12) with Aluminium heat spreader work with a Asus P5W Dh Dlx?
 
I can see no reason at all that it wouldn't. Check first on the geil and asus website and see if anything regarding incompatibilities is mentioned.

Would the Corsair modules be a better buy than the G,Skill? both the same latency? Why would i want to pay that little bit extra??

Sell it to me :p :p
 
Corsair C4 is £20+ more and doesn't clock aswell, the C5 is a few quid less and really doesn't clock aswell.

The Geil were great at their bargain price, but now I'd take the GSkill if it was my money.
 
The only down side to the G.Skill is the cooler! As most modders want that eye candy rig i fancy the orange coolers!. Sad i know.

I'm waiting for my dosh from paypal to clear then i want to put in a bulk order of Motherboard + CPU + Ram + Gcard.

Save on the postage me tinks! Plus you guys will gve me a great price i'm sure ;)
 
What we use our rigs for more than eye candy?!? I didn't think there was another use for them........all i do is turn it on and watch all them pretty colours blend in to one another! :D
