Good Evening,
My name is Perri.

https://www.overclockers.co.uk/titan-dagger-gaming-pc-intel-core-i3-i5-i7-fs-080-og.html#t=b2

That's the setup i'm looking at with the I5 Processor.

The games I play are World of Warcraft (runs pretty smooth with what I have at the moment)
And I've been getting into CSGO and Fortnite, games that I lack FPS on.

is this a semi-decent set up that will handle games that are FPS reliant Decently?

I don't need anything amazing, just a standard PC that handles these games so they are more playable. If I have to upgrade anything more, please advise as I know little to nothing about how to boost fps/or what graphics card is decent.

Hi perry, do you currently have a graphics card installed or is it a standard desktop computer?

Your current machine is fine just needs a graphics card....problem is some HP home PC's are brutal for bios locking out cards, tons of them from that era won't work with anything past the GTX6 or HD7 era from 2011/2012. The HP Elite 'office' type PC's are fine though.

What model HP is it? If it's one that'll accept modern cards all you need is a £110 GTX1050 and you're sorted.

Was just away to say the same as above,
all you would need is a dedicated graphics card and you would be all good to go. If you could supply the model or motherboard for suitability?
Depends on what you want?
maybe want a new pc?
but a card would be your cheapest option especially if you don’t want anything amazing

if you have the Elite 8300 SFF then you will be best off with a GT1030, the ones i found doesnt state 3470T, but all i5 3470 models seem to be in those elite 8300 models, mean if you have a 320w or whatever then you could get the low profile 1050, but it depends if HP has capped their express slot, i had a lenovo e73 SFF an haswell model and was limited to 40w cards, some dells and HP of SFF size can have the same sort of limits.

given your on intel hd 2000 series graphics, a GT1030 will be a major upgrade.

Thanks for the tips guys but i'm interested in actually getting a whole new set up. the one that I linked is that a "decent" setup that will handle things like csgo/pub g/fortnite, I just need FPS on games like these I think. Is the set up okay for basic gaming? at around a 500-600budget

If your still able to hit £700 finance option ...

Some reason AMD builds here aren't as strong as Intel ... Might be down to having OEM CPUs
Even is also 4/8 thread rig, internal GPU would be used as backup and again, normal ryzen builds were to much

That Intel rig has a better CPU and way better GPU. I get the Ryzen has SSD etc (and way better iGPU but that's redundant here) but for raw power there's no comparison.

So i'm now looking at this one, correct me if i'm wrong but it's good for the price? the motherboard and the cpu aren't the greatest is what i'm told, or maybe that's incorrect as ive previously stated I'm not looking for something amazing top spec, just that I can run games with decent fps and smoothly. its at the top end of my budget I just need opinions on it,

I personally would buy the best gear that my budget allows to take care of future proofing as I got burnt with buying a laptop I liked over something that was better then 6 month down the line a new game I really wanted came out, thas when I got into building a new desktop!
But saying that the one that you like will play all new games in high with good FPS thas the same GPU as I have
