Will this sound card work with this MOBO?

I have asus P5N32-E SLI PLUS mobo and want to know if a Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 6.1 PICTURE OF SOUND CARD - PICTURE OF MOBO

Great. But where do i insert the soundcard? The card has 2 slits and i can't see a slot on the mobo that supports it? sorry again.

It slots into the PCI port on the motherboard, the white ports.

It'll fit in a standard PCI slot (the two white slots on the left).
