Will this UPS be enough for my system?

I'm sure it will be fine. Your system is nearly identical to what mine was a month ago (I had the same PSU as you & an 8800 Ultra Superclocked plus about 6 hard drives) and my UPS is a new 1500. It never shows more than 1 out of 5 LEDs in terms of capacity in use and I power my 2405FPW off it too, so if you get a UPS that's half the capacity, I would've thought you would instead see 2 out of 5 LEDs in use, or possibly 3.

I'm sure 750VA will be fine :)
 
I personally wouldn't get a SmartUPS, I had a 700VA one before and the battery died just after the warranty ran out. Bought a BackUPS 650VA (£65) a few years back and haven't had a problem with it. It runs everything in my sig (inc both monitors), and my 300W speaker system is plugged in to it (dont have any other spare plug sockets ATM lol).
 
iv got that ups very happy with it

off it i run

ntl broadband modem
linksys wireless router
dell 2407
dual core pentium 4 pc 2 hard drives etc

only uses 2 of the 5 load leds so i assume it can handle a fair bit more (albeit powering them for less time)

powers mine for about 20minutes if theres a power cut
