Depends on how far you gonna overclock the FX8350...
FX8350 at 4.60GHz or above plus a 290 could pull cut too close.

No way I'd chance it if overclocked.
If you haven't bought the FX8350/Mobo yet (Ignore if you've already got an AM3+ board capable of taking the FX8350 and you've already bought the set up) I'd change to socket 1150 i5 4690K with a Z97 board for the sameish price.

I would advise up the PSU. But as said it should be fine on stock.
