Will this work on a TV?

Hi all,

Im wanting to make a HTPC and im just wondering how to output the signal directly to my tv.

I was going to buy a shuttle and the following PCI graphics card (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/ATI_PCI_Series.html#aGX_2d013_2dHT). Then just connect the TV out directly to the TV.

EDIT: it the HIS Excalibur ATI Radeon 9250SE 128MB DDR TV-Out/DVI.

Will this work? Will the machine output straight to tv or is it not possible?
