Will this work with BT Home Hub

Also any suggestions for PCI wireless adapters Im going to be using Sabertooth Z77 motherboard

I can't find any way to get the Homehub to transmit on 5gHz.

They will both work with a BT Home Hub. The dual band one will simply be using the 2.4ghz band and not 5ghz, its up to you if you want to spend the extra for the 5ghz capability. I replaced my home hub with a dual band router purely because there was too much cross talk in the 2.4ghz range and i wasn't getting maximum line speeds. Essentially i use 2.4ghz for b/g/n and general connectivity and 5ghz for n only and maximum performance.
