The reason I ask is now they are same price... I'm assuming they are the same ram from the comments and I already have 4 gb of the top one and was think would it be better to add 4gb of the faster ram or not?

The Speed, Volts & Latency are the same so I'd say Yes. I swear by Corsair & highly rate it as very compatible & durable ram.

so best to get better ram as should be more stable as tested higher
