Ok mixing and matching a new system here - anything Ive forgotten/can improve upon. Want a system as near silent as possible

Second hand:
Silverstone SG01B
Spinpoint 400GB
Nt06 - how do I clean this, prepare it so its good to use?

From old case:
E4300
8600gt
2GB ram
160GB spinpoint
Wireless
DVDRW drive

New
Asus P5k-VM
Corsair 450W VX
Sharkoon 2000 'golf ball' x3

Also - will cold cathodes show through the grills or will they just look stupid? No window here
 
It should all work once you put it together.

How do you mean by cleaning the NT06 is it dust or thermal paste you are talking about?
