Will this work?/

I have recently been given a hp laptop and i have been having major wireless problems with the laptop not even registering having a wireless module. So i am thinking its a wireless module problem and so i am looking to replace it, It says on the sticker on the module 407160-002 i have found a 407159-002 on ebay and was wondering will that still be fine or do i need the 407160-002?? Is there anything else i can try to get it to register on the laptop?

I was going to but people recommend that i use a internal one, But i may just pick up a PCMCIA card, They just plug and play?

Do I just slot the card in the slot where the media remote usually is??

It doesnt show up in device manager, Do i just plug this PCMCIA card in the laptop then i use disc it came with then when im online get the win 7 drivers
