Will this work?

Just installed W7 on my new rig which is on an SSD. I have my old HDD which I want to connect up now but it still has a windows install on it. Will my computer still recognize my SSD as the primary drive and just load the HDD up as a storage device? If not then any idea what I need to change in BIOS to do this? I will format the HDD after I've got the stuff I want from it.

Mobo is a Gigabyte D3H Z77 by the way. Thanks.

When it is plugged you can select in the BIOS which order they are, so just make sure the SSD is first.
