Will this work?

Wanting to know if this SSD is comparable with my motherboard and will it affect my PCI-e lanes, i would like my GPU to be at full 16x.
i know z170 as PCIe from chipset for m2 but i dont know about n150.

if only used as a boot drive is the extra speed needed

my case is an Enthoo ITX, it looks like it as tons of room but i have 3 rads in there and you run out of room fast. i could stick it to back of the motherboard try.

the Corsair 540 as room for the kitchen sink in the back
