You might not like my suggestion, but have you cleaned it recently? I saw an almost unbelievable drop in temps when I cleaned out my old 4870X2. As mentioned, waiting for the 7000 series would give you more time to save up some extra money.

i cleaned it pal and it dropped a bit but still it reaches 110

Additional cooling/fans until the new year?

I really would aim for a 6950 or 560ti if you can.

BTW what CPU do you have? My old (Athlon II 250) bottlenecked the 6950(s) like crazy

Blimey! I knew they are toasty running gpu's, but I didn't realize they reached those kinds of temps.

when i play any game that uses the card fully it turns off my pc

Even with a good CPU etc no way that card with 1GB will play Ultra acceptably. Check the thread comparing 1GB and 2GB 560's in BF3!

IMO just scale back your requirements and use med / high settings. The game still looks EPIC.
