Hey,
I'm thinking of changing my graphics card and was wondering whether this would be worth it performance wise.
The current specs of my computer are as follows (its a Dell XPS 430, from the UK)
Intel Q8300 - 2.5 GHZ Quad Core
4GB DDR3 RAM
ATI 4850 512 MB
I play on a 1600*900 screen
I was thinking of getting a 7850. I'm not planning to do an complete overhaul I. I mean I just want to be able to play current gen games well - for example CoH 2, BF3, Witcher 2 and stuff like that. I don't really care about playing them on ultra, but playing things on high would be nice. I seem to be getting mixed responses from who I've asked/googling so I'm still unsure as to whether the cost justifies the additional performance. I have no designs to build a PC in the near future, as I'm at university most of the time so atm that cost doesn't justify the gains.
