Afternoon All
Just a quick question as I am out of my depth here. I am looking to get my new PC from OCUK (my current one is 5 years old now). I have been looking at specing a machine using OCUK’s system config tool on the web site, I am thinking of a Asus Sabertooth X79 motherboard and putting the Patriot Intel Extreme Masters 32GB kit in it. I was going to ask OCUK to overclock by selecting their stage 4 overclocking option as the last PC I overclocked was over 10 years ago and I am very out of practice. However the question is would I be better going for the same memory in a 16 gig set (any other recommendations considered) as I had heard that more memory can limit your overclock. As I just mostly game I do realise that 32 gig is most probably total overkill but I am aiming to get make this last for another 5 years.
Cheers
