Will we get new lenses when new generations of vive are released?

So the only thing I don't like about the vive right now is the shimmer effect on the lenses. I've heard it's not as bad on the oculus though.
When in game it doesn't bother me as much but when watching a film or sat in the vive menu/space it really drives me mad sometimes.
So do you think as newer revisions get released with better lenses that we will have chance to buy them as replacements?

It would be nice if it was but I'm not sure how technically feasible that is or if HTC see any benefit in providing them as a separate purchase.
