Will WOW work on a laptop

Im just brought a laptop and was wondering will world of warcraft play on it. Im not sure what graphics it has but it plays warcraft 3 fine online on high graphics.
Oh and its a 512 ram 1.4ghz mobile celeron if thats any help.

I think its got 64mb of graphics memory. Might be 128 tho. Is it possible to install new graphics cards in laptops or are you stuck with what you have?
