@ PistolPete, yeah it is a shame. More of the shame though that the towers were not relected in the top part of the water. It was really windy and the wind blowing across the water disturbed the relection.

Didn't realise till i got home and only took one shot from that postion.
 
I didnt realise you could get into the site???

I am just down the road from Willington, I used to go to the bubble inn just up the road quite regular and I have missed some stunning sunsets in the summer time as im coming back from there!! It really is a good photo area.

Do you have any idea when the towers are scheduled to fall? The buildings went years ago!?

You're not meant to get into the site, but i went in anyway. From one side there is a farmers field and at the end of that field all that seperates you from the towers is some bushes..

No idea when they are meant to come down, i heard they might be left as they are, bit of a local landmark now.
