Win 10 and dual screen.

Hey chaps, Just picked up 2 new monitors. Now having some issues.

On boot up it only picks up 1 monitor, the second goes into standby untill i power cycle it.

One is connected via HDMI, the other DP.

Hi I have the same issue occasionally, very irritating. Not got a full proof way of fixing it, however the following sometimes works for me.

Once windows has loaded disconnect the do cable and reboot. Once back into windows reconnect the dp and hopefully screen should start.

does win+p, then toggle between single/'PC screen only' and 'Extend' not bring it to life?

No, that didnt. sussed it by changing it from auto to DP / HDMI for each monitor.

Now onto the annoying Skype error when shutting down!
